Born in a Mediterranean family Hüsnü Şenlendirici is one the clarinet masters of Turkey and Europe. Following a classical education from his ancestors (Western Turkey Gypsy Style) and combining his knowledge with a university degree in music he is a real virtuoso of eclectic vibes. Şenlendirici, started his musical career when he was 5,his grandfather’s legendary band ‘Lacho’ was playing roots Gypsy music both in Turkey and in Europe.

During his musical journey he was a core player of many famous Turkish stars like Sezen Aksu, Kibariye, İlhan Erşahin, BaBa ZuLa and Mercan Dede. Apart from being a player for those names, he formed his own band. With his band ‘Lacho Tayfa’ he collaborated and co-produced ‘in the Buzz-Bag’ album with the Grammy winner New York funk collective Brooklyn Funk Essentials.

His other project Taksim Trio was bringing three virtuosos of different dimensions. With himAlong with touring internationally with Taksim Trio Hüsnü Şenlendirici is collaborating with Dhafer Youssef, in Youssef’s musical alchemy called ‘The Dance of The Invisible Dervishes’. With a very broad approach to his clarinet and playing it like a
